Steve has implemented large-scale system changes such as SAP/ERP, SalesForce.com, Glint (Employee Engagement), and Planview (Project Management/Resource Planning), as well as reshaping and rebranding teams to meet business needs.
Steve has designed and implemented onboarding processes, assimilated new leaders and acquired companies, and launched talent, performance, and career initiatives across Fortune 500 companies. He has partnered with internal business and HR partners to launch employee engagement solutions.
He is a Prosci Certified Change Management Professional.
